Boba Guys has been killing it with the catering. A catering gig every week with clients like Square, GitHub, SalesForce and everyone in between. We just wrapped up Youtube’s 5th anniversary bash. Youtube! Boba Guys just hired Gordon and we’re looking for maybe one more team member as we move towards opening our first official store.
Boba Guys is a Two-Time Frontpage Review of the Day on Yelp. Real thirst.
Candidates should be comfortable with multi-tasking around a kitchen and be up for an occasional catering gig. If you enjoy meeting new people every day, this job is for you.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Being “good with your hands”: making bubble tea, coffee and espresso drinks, assorted snacks like Hong Kong-style egg waffles
• Assisting customers with purchases, sharing tea knowledge (we will train you), and putting a smile on people’s faces
• Coordinating deliveries with food partners (i.e. product will be dropped off in the morning and afternoon)
• Standard back-bar kitchen duties: cleaning equipment, mopping, and taking out recycling (we’re zero waste!)
This position will require a flexible schedule, including 2-3 weekdays and weekends. Hours will be 15-20 hrs/week. We are currently looking for our second location while ramping up wholesale distribution, so we want long-term employees who have a natural curiosity and passion for food startups.
